How to Form a Business

Broke? Absolutely positively skint on money? Read this article and you could have your very own business by dinner.



Steps
1. Determine the purpose of your business. Will it be selling, trading, labour, technical? Think about what you reckon will get you the most money.


2. Determine the individuals that will make up your business. You need a different variety of people that are all good at different things. A secretery, treasurer, a few main workers, a manager (and second manager if needed).


3. Figure out timing. When are you going to meet? Will you have regular meetings or will they just be dotted all over the place? Most successful businessess meet once, twice, maybe even three times a week, just so they are organised. Usually it's on the same days every week.


4. Figure out a system of payment. The way you would do this is divide the profits by the amount of workers but you keep the amount of 2 workers (add one on in the dividing).
